REFUND POLICY

• Pre-payment is required to confirm a seat on these services.
• Cancellation Fee.  A 30% administration fee is applicable on all cancellations.  This partial Refund may only be considered if a minimum of 24 hrs notice is supplied (within office hours).
• Original ticket/s must be presented in case of cancellation or any other adjustment as proof of purchase.
• Postponed travel.  A new date and time must be nominated by the customer so as the reservation and credit may be recorded in the booking system and on the ticket.
• No Shows.  Passengers that have booked return travel, yet no show on one leg of their journey will automatically have the return leg of the journey cancelled.

• five years to 14 years inclusive  -  half adult fare

Concession  on our Thurs. Is. / Seisia ferry. Fares must be paid to Peddells TI Tours at the  time of booking

• 1/2 price Seniors Discount Card from all states and territories of Australia - not Snrs business card

• Free Travel National Travel Pass - Person with Vision Impairment (Pass) - from all states and territories of  Australia Wide

• 1/2 price Repatriation Gold Health Card issued only by Queensland Dept Veteran Affairs  to a Queensland Resident only

• 1/2 price Pensioner Concession Card from Queensland Centrelink or Qld Dept of Veterans' Affairs to Queensland Resident only

• Peddells reserve the right to alter schedules, rates and/or substitute vessels / vehicles at any time.

• Bus departure times for passengers also travelling Seisia to TI on the ferry that morning, will be advised enroute to Thursday Island.  Others should contact Peddells during office hours of Mon to Fri 9am to 4 pm and no later than  24 hrs prior to confirm their departure time. 

• Dogs - you will be required by AQIS regulations to obtain the necessary paperwork for any animal travelling south Thursday Island to Seisia

• No luggage over 20kg carried due to OH&S requirements
