REFUND POLICY

• Pre-payment is required to confirm a seat on these services.
• Cancellation Fee.  A 30% administration fee is applicable on all cancellations.  This partial Refund may only be considered if a minimum of 24 hrs notice is supplied (within office hours).
• Original ticket/s must be presented in case of cancellation or any other adjustment as proof of purchase.
• Postponed travel.  A new date and time must be nominated by the customer so as the reservation and credit may be recorded in the booking system and on the ticket.
• No Shows.  Passengers that have booked return travel, yet no show on one leg of their journey will automatically have the return leg of the journey cancelled.

CONCESSIONS

Children:

• four years and under – one per adult fare travels free pending availability. 
• five years to 14 years inclusive  -  half adult fare

Queensland Govt. Offer their Residents a Concession  on our Thurs. Is. / Seisia ferry. Fares must be pre- paid direct to Peddells TI Tours  (not applicable on account)

• Queensland Seniors Discount Card issued only by Qld Dept Families, youth & community Care/Communities.-Qld. residents only.
• National Travel Pass - Person with Vision Impairment (Pass) - free Australia Wide.
• Repatriation Gold Health Card issued only by Dept Veteran Affairs  to a Qld. resident.
• Pensioner Concession Card from Centrelink or Qld Dept of Veterans' Affairs - Qld. residents only.

• Connections with other services not guaranteed

• Peddells reserve the right to alter schedules, rates and/or substitute vessels / vehicles at any time.

• Bus departure times for passengers also travelling Seisia to TI on the ferry that morning, will be advised enroute to Thursday Island.  Others should contact Peddells during office hours of Mon to Fri 9am to 4 pm and no later than  24 hrs prior to confirm their departure time.

Card must be produced when purchasing ticket and passengers must be prepared to produce this card when travelling.  Failure to do so upon request may result in the balance of payment being required on the spot in cash due to no eftpos connection on the ferry.
